My fondest memory of Duncan is when we were at the London orientation for jet. We'd met each other at the tefl course shortly before, and it was to his great amusement that i had turned up in a suit whilst everyone else was casually dressed. I spent the next day wearing his famous spiderman/kate moss t-shirt and, considering the number of positive remarks i got about it, claimed it was mine. I came away from those two days smiling smugly and contently inside for having got to know such a sincere sound person, with such a beautiful soul. He really could bring out the best in anyone. My contentness is now replaced by emptiness, but i thank you Duncan for Kate Moss; for the memories. You'll be with me forever. Take care mate, love to you Charlie I'd also just like to say how amazing Mr Barnes and Craig were in the manner in which they embraced and consoled all those that were close to Duncan, when they came out to Japan. Just like Duncan, you have left a great impression on me. My thoughts are with you. |
