I've been thinking of you - Barry, Norma, Craig - and Duncan - all day, as I do every day, but especially on Sundays. Spoke to Caz today from Thailand; she's ok, but she finds the night-time the hardest, when it's quiet and dark and her dreams take over. Much love to you all and the hugest hug, Helen Langford.
